Reservation Policies:

1. Method of Reservation: Reservations can be made via the web site, email, phone or fax. If made by phone, a copy of the signed disclaimer must be received in our office, via email or fax, prior to confirmation of order. All requests will receive a response within 24 hours. If you have not received a response within that time period, please contact us immediately.
2. Reservation Holds Via Credit Card: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Payment in full is required prior to delivery of equipment. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, your card number must remain on file until the rental equipment is returned and inspected. All credit card information is held in a secure and confidential location and is destroyed after the rental order is complete.
3. Cancellation Policy: We must receive cancellations prior to 48 hours of delivery date. If cancelled within that 48 hours, you will be refunded only 50% of the total amount of the order. Said refund will be issued in the form of a corporate check from Stardust Baby Equipment Rentals, Inc. less the 50% penalty. For orders cancelled outside of the 48 hours, refund will be issued only by check.

Rental Policies:

1. Equipment: All of our equipment is thoroughly inspected before it is delivered to you. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if you feel that a product is not safe or is not up to your standards. All equipment is to be returned in the condition it is received by renter. With the exception of normal wear and tear, if items are exceptionally dirty, missing parts or there is damage to the equipment , the renter may be is responsible for replacement of equipment.
2. Car seats: Car seat installation is the responsibility of the renter. You will be provided with an instruction manual from the manufacturer to assist you with the installation. Because of the safety issues involved with car seats, please contact Stardust immediately if you have any issues, problems or are involved in a motor vehicle accident, so that the seat can be replaced.

Release of Liability:

The client will use the equipment only for and in accordance with its intended use and pursuant to any instructions provided therewith. Loss or damage to the equipment is the responsibility of the client. It is the clients responsiblity to examine the equipment prior to use and in no event will Stardust Baby Equipment Rentals or it's owners be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury or death caused by the use of any equipment provided by Stardust Baby Equipment Rentals once accepted by the renter. This agreement covers each and every item that is rented. The client's signature indicates that he/she has read this document and acknowledges and agrees to the terms here.
